PDF in one click terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-10-02
1. Seller and scope
These terms of sale govern purchases made on PDF in one click between the customer and CODINGPOESY S.L., Calle Roger de Llúria, 118, 08037 Barcelona, Spain, NIF B16857880, registered with the Registro Mercantil of Barcelona, tomo 47998, folio 33, hoja B-568890. Contact: [email protected].
The customer accepts them by ticking the box provided before payment. They are available at any time in the footer, and the accepted version is recorded with the order.
2. What is sold: software that runs on the customer’s device
PDF in one click provides PDF tools that run entirely in the customer's browser. Processing happens on the customer's device, without sending the document to a server.
What is sold is access to downloading the result produced by these tools. The customer can drop a file, work on it and see the result on screen without paying; payment unlocks the download.
The entry payment opens access for 72 hours; the three-day trial described in the next section starts the same day, and the subscription follows unless cancelled. During the trial and the subscription, every tool is available with no limit on the number of documents.
The tools offered are: sign, annotate and add text, edit existing text, fill in a form, flatten, merge, extract pages, reorder, delete and rotate pages, add a watermark and page numbers, add or remove a password, convert images to PDF and a PDF to images.
3. Prices and payment
The price is shown before payment, including all applicable taxes, in the currency stated next to the payment button (euro, or the local currency for some countries). Payment is taken by card through Stripe.
Where the service concerns a service from an official body or a third-party provider, the price shown separates the official price, passed on unchanged, from the service fee, and the customer is told that this service can be obtained directly from that body or provider.
4. Trial and subscription
The entry payment of €0.99 opens a 3-day trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues at €19.90 per month (or the local-currency equivalent shown before payment), charged by CODINGPOESY S.L. until cancelled.
The amount, the trial length and the date of the first charge are stated next to the payment button and in the confirmation email. A reminder is sent before the trial ends.
The subscription has no minimum term. The customer can cancel it online at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, through the cancellation link in the footer (Article 62 TRLGDCU). Cancelling stops the next charge; access stays open until the end of the current period.
Bank statement descriptor: "PDFINONECLICK.COM".
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract (Article 102 TRLGDCU).
The download is digital content supplied immediately. Before payment, the customer expressly asks for immediate supply and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply has begun (Article 103(m) TRLGDCU). This consent is collected by an unticked box, separate from accepting these terms.
In any case, the customer can cancel the subscription at any time (previous section) and write to [email protected] with any refund request.
6. Refunds
If the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to CODINGPOESY S.L., the customer is refunded in full, to the payment method used, without undue delay.
This does not limit the statutory conformity rights that consumers have for digital content and services.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to [email protected] or by post to the registered office. CODINGPOESY S.L. answers within one month.
CODINGPOESY S.L. is not a member of any consumer alternative dispute resolution scheme, nor of the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).
8. What the tools do and do not do
The edit tool corrects selectable text in a PDF: it replaces a sentence or a paragraph within the available space, without moving the rest of the document or creating pages, using a single font per rewritten paragraph. Some complex text cannot be selected. On a scanned page, lines are recognised on the customer's device; recognition can make mistakes and a corrected line uses a replacement font. The customer checks the result on screen before downloading.
No compression is offered. A produced file can be larger than the original, in particular after adding images or a signature.
The signature offered is a reproduced handwritten signature: it is a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation. It is neither an advanced nor a qualified electronic signature and carries no certificate.
Form filling only works with AcroForm PDF forms. Dynamic XFA forms, produced by Adobe LiveCycle, are not supported: the customer is told on screen when the dropped file contains one.
Removing a password requires the customer to know that password and to be entitled to open the document. No tool to bypass a protection is offered.
The result depends on the file supplied by the customer. PDF in one click does not guarantee that a PDF file that does not follow the specification, is corrupted or was built by an unusual tool can be processed, and gives no legal advice on the content of the documents processed.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumers may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
If any clause is held invalid, the other clauses remain fully in force.
